1. GENERAL
Thank you for choosing Verduro Light Therapy AB, org no. 559377-3806 (hereafter Nordic Red), as a supplier of your new RLT product! These purchase conditions apply to all purchases made on Nordic Red's website (www.nordic-red.com) or to orders made via email/telephone.
When purchasing from Nordic Red, you as a consumer (consumer refers to a natural person who shops for purposes that fall outside of business activities) have bound yourself to the purchase and delivery conditions described below.
Nordic Red complies with applicable mandatory consumer legislation.
Products or services available on our website at a particular time do not constitute a guarantee that these products or services will always be available. We reserve the right to discontinue a product or service at any time.
We reserve the right to change these terms of purchase without notifying the consumer. The version of the terms and conditions that is most recently published is also the version that applies. We urge our customers to continuously stay up to date on the terms of purchase.
2. SATISFIED CUSTOMER GUARANTEE
We at Nordic Red strive for high-quality products and superior customer service. We are confident in the effectiveness of our red light products and offer a 100-day money-back guarantee. Limitations of liability:
- The guarantee only applies to products purchased directly from Nordic Red (not through retailers).
- Warranty claims must be made within 100 days from the date of purchase.
- For the warranty to apply, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in undamaged condition.
- You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping. Returns may not be made as cash on delivery or cash on delivery. If the item is damaged or lost when you return it, you as the customer are responsible for payment.
- The return cost within Sweden is between SEK 45-99 depending on the product. The return cost outside Sweden is between SEK 100-300 depending on the product.
Application for the warranty: Contact our customer service at hello@nordic-red.com with your reason for dissatisfaction. We may ask for additional information to process your claim.
Actions after claims:
- If your application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the return address.
- We will refund the entire order amount as soon as the return has reached us.
Exclusions from the warranty:
- The warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use, abuse or modification. Normal wear and tear and aging are not covered.
- The guarantee does not apply to products that are used with direct skin contact (for example The Mask)
Changes to terms: Nordic Red may change or terminate the warranty with reasonable notice. Any changes are published on our website and do not affect previously issued guarantees. This guarantee is effective from 2023-10-09 and is part of our general terms and conditions.
3. PAYMENT
3.1 Payment
Payment takes place via Klarna Checkout so that you as a customer can be completely safe with your payment. We do not store any information about your card details or the like. All card or payment information is encrypted and handled directly via Klarna Checkout. You can pay for your products via, for example, a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), invoice or via monthly payment.
As soon as you place your order, the goods will be sent, regardless of how you chose to post your payment in Klarna.
3.2 Refund
In case of return, exchange or complaint, the item must be sent back to us in its original condition. As soon as we have received the goods and any inspection has taken place, we will make a refund to you for the order amount minus return costs via Klarna Checkout. The return cost within Sweden is between SEK 45-99 depending on the product. The return cost outside Sweden is between SEK 100-300 depending on the product.
We always work as quickly as we can to administer your refund, and we refer to the Distance Trading Act that refunds must be made within 30 days from the day the item was received.
Please note that these products cannot be returned or refunded if they have been used.
3.2.1 Exceptions for refund in case of return
When returning products, exceptions apply to refunds for products that are used with direct skin contact for hygienic reasons.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & COMPLAINT
4.1 Right of withdrawal
If you buy an item from Nordic Red, according to the Distance and Home Sales Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date the item arrives at your delivery point. If you regret your purchase, you must email hello@nordic-red.com. In the subject line, write "Right of withdrawal".

The right of withdrawal only applies as long as the product is intact, in unbroken packaging, with all tags remaining and has been sent back to us in its original condition. Remember to pack the item well when shipping. Nordic Red will refund you within 30 days from when we have received the item.
You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping. Returns may not be made as cash on delivery or cash on delivery. If the item is damaged or lost when you return it, you as the customer are responsible for payment.
4.2 Complaint
If your item should be incorrect or damaged, always send an email first to hello@nordic-red.com and explain what is wrong. We will give you further instructions so that we can quickly fix the error that has occurred.
Faulty or damaged goods must be claimed within 14 days from the date the package arrives at your agent. In the case of return shipments of claimed goods and possible exchange goods, Nordic Red is responsible for the shipping. When returning the item, it must be packaged well, if the item is damaged or lost when you return it, you as the customer are responsible for payment.
5. DELIVERIES
5.1 Shipping costs
For delivery within Sweden, no shipping costs are added. We offer free shipping for all orders within Sweden.
For delivery to other countries, please contact us at hello@nordic-red.com and we will assist you with information on shipping costs and any arrangements for international delivery.
5.1 1 Customs fees and other related fees
When delivering products outside the EU, any customs duties and other related charges are added in accordance with applicable customs regulations and local laws. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged separately upon delivery or subsequently depending on customs procedures.
5.2 Delivery time
Our goal is always to deliver as quickly as possible.
⦁ Within Sweden: In-stock items are shipped within 1-3 working days excluding weekends. If a different delivery time is applicable, you will find that information on the respective product's information page.
⦁ Within the EU: Please note that deliveries within the EU, but outside of Sweden, may take longer.
⦁ Outside the EU: For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (EU), delivery times may be further extended due to necessary customs procedures and customs clearance.
We recommend our customers to take into account the possible longer delivery time for orders and deliveries outside Sweden.
5.3 Delivery information
We send all our packages with Mailbox and they deliver via various shipping companies such as UPS, DHL Postnord etc. You as a customer then collect your package from the nearest agent. When the package is available for collection, you will receive a notification via SMS. It is therefore of great importance that you fill in the correct telephone number.
5.4 Unredeemed Packages
For two weeks, the package will be with your agent. If the package is not picked up, it will be sent back. You as a customer are charged SEK 400 for unclaimed packages to cover packaging costs, shipping fees and return processing.
6. WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1 One-year warranty
We warrant our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If any fault occurs during this warranty period, we will, at our discretion, either replace the product at no cost to you or repair the product. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or modifications to the product that have not been approved by the manufacturer.
6.2 Refund or Replacement
If the product is found to have a fault covered by the warranty, and we are unable to replace it, you may be entitled to a refund of the original purchase price or to receive an equivalent product.
All products that we specify as made-to-order items are covered by an 18-month warranty. Nordic Red reserves the right to define what is classified as order goods. The warranty period takes effect from the date of delivery. Please note that right of withdrawal and open purchase are not applicable for our ordered goods.
6.3 Limitation of Liability
Our warranty only applies to products purchased directly from us and not through an authorized dealer. We disclaim all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our compensation for any defects in the product, under the terms of this warranty, is limited to replacement of the product described above.
6.4 Price match guarantee
We at Nordic Red always strive to offer the best prices for our customers. If you find the same product at a lower price at another retailer, we'll match the price!
Here's how it works:
- Find a lower price : If you find the same product at a lower price at a competitor, make sure it is identical in terms of brand, model and specifications.
- Contact us : Send us a link or proof of the lower price by contacting our customer service at hello@nordic-red.com Make sure the lower price is still valid at the time of your request.
- We match the price : Once we've verified that the conditions are met, we'll match the lower price immediately so you can feel confident that you're always getting the best price with us.
Terms of the price match guarantee:
- The product must be identical in specifications and available from the competitor at the time of the request.
- The price matching guarantee only applies to products sold by authorized retailers in Sweden.
- Not valid on clearance sales, stock clearances, or special offers that require membership or coupons.

8. PERSONAL DATA
In order for you as a customer to be able to complete a purchase, we must collect personal data. Personal data refers to all kinds of information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a natural person who is alive. The information provided during registration is processed by Nordic Red. You have the right to request an extract of the information registered about you once a year. If any information is incorrect, incomplete or misleading, we will of course correct it if you notify us. You can also request to have your data deleted. Nordic Red only uses the data for the fulfillment of the agreement and does not sell the personal data on to third parties.
